MLStack provides infrastructure for deploying and running machine learning models, adapters, and AI agents. Users can upload their own models, create AI agents, and make inference requests through our API.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • All content you upload, including models, adapters, and agent configurations
  • Any outputs generated by your models or agents
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Securing your API keys and account credentials
  • Any costs incurred through your use of the Service

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities or promote illegal content
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Deploy models or agents that infringe on privacy or security
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Deploy malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
  • Bypass rate limits or abuse the Service infrastructure

5. Content Moderation & Removal

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content (including adapters, agents, and models) that:

  • Violates these Terms of Service
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Poses security or privacy risks
  • Is reported by other users as inappropriate

We may remove content from public access or delete it entirely without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

MLStack.io is not responsible for:

  • Content generated by user-uploaded models or agents
  • Actions taken based on outputs from the Service
  • Any damages, losses, or harm resulting from use of the Service
  • Accuracy, reliability, or quality of model outputs
  • Third-party content or services accessed through our platform

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

9. API Usage & Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas. Excessive use or abuse of the API may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access. You are responsible for all API requests made with your API keys.
